Introducing the VENEX LLC 1M Single Phase Water Level Controller — a fully automatic and reliable water level management system designed for both overhead and underground water tanks.

This model operates on Single Phase 230V AC power supply with a load capacity of 20 Amp. The controller is provided with Phase-Neutral Input and Phase-Neutral Output connections for easy installation. It includes both Auto OFF and Bypass modes for flexible operation according to user requirements.

The device is specially designed to prevent:

Overhead tank overflow

Dry run operation of motor/pump

The controller features built-in LED indications for:

Power ON

Motor ON

Overhead Tank Water Level

Underground Tank Water Level

Along with the controller, 6 Stainless Steel (SS) Sensors are provided:

3 sensors for Overhead Tank

3 sensors for Underground Tank

Sensor Installation Details :-

Overhead Tank Connections

OH – Overhead High Level

OL – Overhead Low Level

C – Common

Sensor Positioning:

Common (C) → Bottom of overhead tank

OL → Middle level of overhead tank

OH → Top/high level of overhead tank

Underground Tank Connections

UH – Underground High Level

UL – Underground Low Level

C – Common

Sensor Positioning:

Common (C) → Bottom of underground tank

UL → Middle level of underground tank

UH → Top level of underground tank

Working Function

When the overhead tank water level drops below the low level sensor, the controller automatically starts the motor — but only if sufficient water is available in the underground tank.

If water is not available in the underground tank, the motor will not start, protecting the pump from dry run damage.

Once the overhead tank becomes full, the controller automatically stops the motor, preventing water overflow and saving electricity.

Note for Installation Without Underground Tank

If there is no Underground Tank and only a borewell with a single Overhead Tank is being used, then the Underground Tank sensors are not required.

In this condition, make a short link connection between:

UL

UH

Common (C)

All three terminals should be linked together using a wire jumper.

This bypass connection allows the controller to operate only with the Overhead Tank system and disables the Underground Tank sensing function.

With this setup:

The controller will work with only one overhead tank.

The motor will automatically start and stop according to the overhead tank water level.

Underground tank monitoring will remain inactive.
